In the Last Days: Where on Earth Are We Heading? - By Ron Ferguson - https://www.raptureready.com/2022/10/26/in-the-last-days-where-on-earth-are-we-heading-by-ron-ferguson/   This is a biblical term found four times in the New Testament in the NASB. Only two of these will concern us in this message. They are:   2Timothy 3:1 “Realize this, that IN THE LAST DAYS difficult times will come.” And 2Peter 3:3 “Know this first of all, that IN THE LAST DAYS mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts.”   Both those references concern the last days. It is no good talking about a term and not explaining it. The question then is, “What does this term mean, and when are the last days?”   I am getting on a bit now, but we used to use that expression in the 1960s, and in churches then that were not as liberal as they are today, this term was more widely considered. We used to think then that we were in the last days so the Rapture must have been close. People would talk about the Common Market that was formed by the Treaty of Rome on Mar 25, 1957. Prophetic students knew that the European nations under the control of the Antichrist would number 10, so this new formation was very closely watched (The Revived Roman Empire).   As the years went on, we would take note of the growing number of nations as it rose towards 10 and then exceeded 10, which some thought was a bit strange and confusing. All that now has passed into the EU – European Union closely allied with NATO.   The fact that it was called The Treaty of Rome was most significant at the time because of the Revived Roman Empire that would come and be Antichrist’s home base. Add to that the fact that Israel as a State was in its infancy, becoming a nation around 1948. Some used to say a generation was 40 years, and they tried to apply this verse – Matthew 24:34 “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.” But the problem was it was applied wrongly. Of course, those times were in the Cold War, so the threat of war was ever-present.   When all the above things were considered, many thought they were then in the last days and that the Lord could return at any time (the Rapture). However, the years rolled on, and the Lord did not come. Some Christians foolishly tried setting dates and publishing books and ended up making fools of themselves.   Now we have passed on 50 years from the time I was seriously studying prophecy, and so we are here today. The great question is, “What did the Lord mean by ‘in the last days’?” 1988 was a popular date (1948 plus 40 years).   IN THE LAST DAYS – AND – THE END OF THE AGE   There are two aspects to this in scripture. We talk about the last days before the Rapture and the last days before the Second Coming. In the Old Testament, all the references to “IN THE LAST DAYS” (and there are many of them) are all set in the Tribulation, particularly at the end of that 7-year period.   In the New Testament, that expression means in the last days before the Rapture. This also coordinates with what is called “the end of the age.” The disciples were asking the Lord on Olivet about the signs of His coming and the end of the age. Here it is:   Matthew 24:3 “As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately saying, ‘Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?'”   They were asking Him about the end of the age leading into the Second Coming. The Old Testament prophets deal with this very fully. I have covered that in the postings on “The Day of the LORD.” When they asked that question, the Church had not yet been formed, and the Rapture was unknown until Paul revealed it to the Corinthians as “a mystery” in 1Corinthians 15. The Old Testament references to “in the last days” are all connected with the Second Coming.   However, there is also what we can call “the end of the Church age.” The Church age ends when the Lord takes the Church home to glory at the Rapture. We are now in “the last days of the Church age.” Were we in the last days of the Church age in the 1960s? Well, the answer is, “Yes, but not as much as now. Time is not a problem with an omnipresent God where tomorrow is as yesterday.   A DEEPER CONSIDERATION OF OUR TIMES – THE YARDSTICK FOR MEASURING THE LAST DAYS   The world is moving into a great period of chaos and stupidity and economic mismanagement. We talk about the last days, but is there a way of determining whether we are actually in the last days? Well, there is. I call that the yardstick, and it is in this passage – Matthew 16:1-3 “The Pharisees and Sadducees came up, and testing Him asked Him to show them a sign from heaven. But He answered and said to them, ‘When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ And in the morning, ‘There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Do you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but cannot discern THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES?”   “The signs of the times” – an interesting expression, but when we look at this event, the Lord is actually upbraiding the Pharisees for not knowing the signs of the times. In other words, they should have recognized that Jesus was their Messiah and Israel’s time had come, but they were blind. How many Christians are there today who are blind and cannot recognize the signs of the times that are now all around us? Before we pursue that further, we look at one of the scriptures from above:   2Timothy 3:1-5 “Realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [and] holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power. Avoid such men as these.”   The scoffers come along (Peter said they would) and try saying that the descriptions Paul gave have always been in the world, so how did Paul mean it to apply that to our last days? To begin with, in verse 1, he uses the description “difficult times,” which the KJV calls “perilous times.” It means “times of great hardship,” and that means in daily living, but more importantly, it is meant to apply to the Christian believer living in these days. Yes, there is application to the world, but more specifically to believers.   For the intelligent reader, I don’t need to spell out in detail all the problems that are now surfacing and doing so at a rapid pace, but here are some for starters – energy problems because of the hoax of climate change; increased inflation because of economic mismanagement; increased interest rates; real and looming food shortages; and the inability of nations to govern correctly and decently. Take a look at the (hopeless) leaders of the USA, the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. It is creating chaos in government. That is because God has been thrown out, so God has said, “Go your own way,” and that way is chaos and crippling decisions on people.   The health provisions in Australia are worse than woeful; unbelievably woeful, and that I know from experience. On the other hand, we pull down all our coal power stations and spend tens of billions of dollars on windmills, all imported from China. Our downfall is raising up China.   The education systems are suffering, and the curricula in developed nations is now WOKE and socialist. That has never happened before in history. Education has always been about excellence and the pursuit of the mind. Children’s sexuality and gender are being destroyed, as are the murders of tens of millions of unborn lives in abortion (73 million yearly, but the WHO states 40-50 million), and marriage is perverted with homosexuality. There is so much more, but I leave it with you.   Going back to our question above about that Timothy passage, “How did Paul mean it to apply to our last days?” Well, I think the paramount change from other generations to ours is that evil things are put into legislation. Never before in the world have there been legislative endorsements for homosexual marriage and abortion. Never before is jail time legislated for Christians found outside abortion clinics. A few months ago, a woman was arrested for that very thing, and this is the report:   Liverpool, England, Jul 20, 2022 (From a Catholic News Agency but widely reported)   “A 76-year-old English grandmother who was fined for praying near an abortion clinic has successfully overturned her financial penalty, but human rights campaigners still fear that the initial fine represents “a worrying trend in law enforcement” regarding certain beliefs. Rosa Lalor, from Liverpool, England, was issued the fine during the country’s lockdown in February 2021 after a policeman questioned why she was outdoors. She replied that she was “walking and praying.”   It was not so much for being outdoors as being near an abortion clinic that she suffered persecution. People are becoming harder and harder, and more persecution is happening. The god of Moloch has now erected barriers to exclude and persecute Christians who want to stop the “hurling of the unborn into the fire.”   The Bible talks about lawlessness increasing in the last days, and that is so true in Australia and, I think, in most western nations. Lawlessness is not just behavior. It also includes legislation regarding “bills without law,” that is, unlawful bills according to the scriptures. To legislate for full marriage for two homosexuals is unlawful in God’s eyes and, therefore, lawlessness. In my city, the theft of cars by a certain dark people in Australia is totally out of hand – about one stolen and crashed car for every 120 – 140 people. What does the State Government do about it? Absolutely nothing. It has no penalty for this “ethnic” group of people. Most offenders are aged between 7 and 15.   2 TIMOTHY CHAPTER 3, VERSES 1-5   We return to our passage. These aspects listed are all of the fallen human nature, yet the intensity of them today has increased dramatically over the last couple of decades. I won’t examine each one, but you look at them, especially if you are older, and take note of how the intensity has increased in your lifetime.   As for me, I have never seen such greed for money as I see all around me. Arrogant people are everywhere, especially people in their twenties. Maybe you have seen it differently, but it is my experience. ‘Haters of good’ is increasing. I grew up when even non-Christians were being decent, but today, there is such a delusion towards wickedness that it is embraced. I have found in dealings mainly in governments, treachery in the Public Service and in the justice and law enforcement departments is frequently encountered, which was not the case in the past to that extent.   I looked at two videos yesterday focusing on the USA that I found very disturbing. One was a questioning of one of Biden’s Aides – Blinken – by Senator Ted Cruz. Cruz was really good at that. One other one was so exposing. It is titled ‘HOW ABOUT HUNTER’ John Kennedy puts ‘Director’ Wray in PANIC MODE. Senator John Kennedy is brave and honest as he puts the head of the FBI under the microscope: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym4TA9Gn-Z4   I won’t even begin on “lovers of pleasure.” It is endemic.   In New Zealand and Australia, sports is god! Gaming and entertainments never cease.   ADVANCING TO OTHER SERIOUS ISSUES   WORLD PRESSURES   There is so much happening in the world that it is difficult to keep up with it all. We are considering the “difficult times.” In the next few years, if the Lord tarries, we are going to see problems with inflation, energy, food shortages, economic pressures, and interest rates. Military build-up will continue, but my thinking is that we will not see any widescale conflict before the Rapture. As many know, the outbreak of war happens when peace is taken from the earth with the second seal, the rider on the red horse. The world is ready for war, and some places are itching for it, such as China, North Korea, Russia, and Iran. Can you imagine what it will be like when peace is removed? That must mean the Rapture is close, so we are well and truly at the end of the last days.   DUMBING DOWN   This is very disturbing. I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy subscriber, but if we are in the last days, then we have to see the world starting to become one. Indeed, we do. What has brought the world together? Two things – the Covid virus and the hoax of climate change. Who is controlling the agenda for gathering the nations? Well, it is the WEF helped by the WHO. Covid was a fortunate event for the WEF as it helped enormously in gaining world control. However, climate change is being used to weaken the nations and bring them under one agenda into submission, and that is happening. Net zero and control over nations is what we are seeing.   I find in my nation, dumbing down has been happening for more than 10 years now. Freedoms have been taken away and continue to do so. More and more legislation is controlling people and making normal life difficult. Vehicle speeds on the roads are being lowered all the time and roads made more and more difficult to travel on. Artificial speed limits allow the police to fine people more and more. Bicycles have more rights than motorists, and more money is being spent on them than on road improvement. All this is the Green agenda pushed by very powerful forces and billionaires like Homes à Court. I had to go see about medical forms and was surprised to see the authorities know almost every single thing about me, all on computer file. I have no doubt there is a special designation there as well that I am a Christian.   Stupidity reigns. The New Zealand Government has introduced a burp tax on farmers, taxing them for the methane and carbon dioxide their poor animals produce. Lunacy is unbelievable. Farmers are penalized for using fertilizer for crops and for having livestock, but the cost of food keeps rising all the time and will skyrocket. A normal person would realize this, but there is a great big satanic delusion all over the world now, and Satan is tightening the cords for people’s misery. Scoffers will laugh at me, but that is your delusion. Ordinary aware people will sense this is happening.   There are two verses from 2Timothy 3:12-13 “Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. Evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.”   These are very disturbing and follow on from the opening verses about the last days. We see in these two verses that Christians will face persecution, and more and more, that is happening. Christian football players in Australia are now sacked if they do not agree with homosexuality. We have the second verse telling us that evil men will get worse and worse. What we think is bad right now in 2022 is going to be worse in 2023. Those evil men now will be worse next year. It continues to worsen until the Rapture comes.   These are not alarmist views but direct verses from our Bibles. I may have rambled on here, but I’ve attempted to shine a light on our world in the light of Bible prophecy about the last days of the Church age, which is right where we are now. They are not exaggerated views. If you doubt this, consider what the world was like 10 years ago. You did not have shortages of food and goods; your fuel prices were stable; there was access to medical treatment; there was no threat of open war from Russia or China; electricity supply and price were stable… there are so many more.   GETTING BACK TO THE PETER VERSE   Let us consider now the verse from Peter:   2Peter 3:3 “Know this first of all, that IN THE LAST DAYS mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts.”   If Peter is true, then we must have these mockers in the world more than ever before, and we do! Up until 100 years ago, even if men were not Christians, they seemed to have some semblance of faith or Christian respect. Very few of them, even atheists, would mock the faith. They wanted to argue but not denigrate and scorn the Bible and Christians as we have today. People are hostile to the Christian faith and mock and persecute Christian beliefs.   The largest Mardi Gras in the world for homosexuals and lesbians and all the hangers-on parade through the streets of Sydney, Australia, mocking Christian leaders and blaspheming the Lord. There is hardly a university today where the staff does not openly mock the Christian faith. These rationalists and humanists think they are intelligent, but they are fools in God’s sight and will give account at the great white throne.   Today, mockers are everywhere. They laugh at Christians and scorn their beliefs. Well, I have news for them – Philippians 2:9-11 “Therefore also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”   There is coming a day in judgment when all these scoffers and blasphemers and persecutors and atheists will be forced to bow their knees and confess that Jesus is LORD! Let us see how much scoffing they will do in that day.   The signs of the time absolutely indicate we are in the last days of the Church age, so Christian, how are you living for the Lord? Are you careless about your faith and testimony? Will you be ashamed when He returns for His Bride? Is your life counting little for the Lord who saved you? Right now, repent and live for the Lord. The Return of Netanyahu & Religious Zionism – Alex Traiman - https://www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=5699   Israel's initial election exit poll results are in, and former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains the most dominant force in Israeli politics by a significant margin. In addition to securing the most Knesset seats (at least 30), his supporting right-wing bloc, which also includes three religious parties, exceeded pre-election surveys   If the exit polls hold true, Netanyahu has a clear path to forming a right-wing government and returning to power. Albeit with a narrow majority, a right-wing alliance would likely represent the most stable coalition alignment with the greatest possibility of lasting a full term.   However, the key is whether the exit polls hold true. In previous election cycles, Knesset mandates shifted during the manual counting of Israel's paper ballots, and election night celebrations quickly turned into harsher reality.   Israelis do not vote directly for their prime minister. They also do not vote directly for their parliamentarians. Israelis go to the voting booths and select the party they want to represent them in the Knesset. Once the seats are divided among the parties that cross a minimum voter threshold, it is the parliamentarians themselves who select the prime minister.   If just one or two seats shift during the count from parties in the pro-Netanyahu bloc towards parties in the anti-Netanyahu bloc, the former premier will find his path back to Balfour Street blocked once again.   Furthermore, if the small Arab party Balad, which failed to cross the minimum voter threshold according to exit polls, squeezes across in the final counting, the entire election results will shift out of Netanyahu's favor. According to election procedures, making it across the 3.25 percent vote threshold means four mandates. Failing to cross the threshold means zero mandates. If Balad jumps from zero to four, Netanyahu would find himself below the 61 mandates he needs to form a government.   If the exit poll results hold, Netanyahu will likely form a government together with the two traditionally Orthodox parties: Shas, representing the Sefardic communities, and United Torah Judaism, representing the Ashkenazi communities. In addition, Netanyahu will sit with Religious Zionism, led by Bezalel Smotrich and far-right political firebrand Itamar Ben-Gvir.   The rise of the Religious Zionism Party is one of the major stories of this fifth election cycle in 43 months. According to the exit polls, the technical bloc of three smaller nationalist parties soared to 14 or 15 seats, an all-time high for the right-wing flank of the Israeli electorate.   With Religious Zionism emerging as the third-largest party by a comfortable margin, Netanyahu will have every justification to form a government with a right-wing party that supports his candidacy over centrist and left-leaning parties that oppose his return to the premiership.   Though the final count may shift in favor of the left wing over the next 48-hours, Yair Lapid and Benny Gantz appear to be the losers of the election. Lapid's progressive Yesh Atid Party received fewer votes than polls indicated in the run-up to the election. Yesh Atid did not close the gap on Likud and position itself as a ruling party. And the results indicate that current Defense Minister Gantz, who was Netanyahu's primary challenger in previous election cycles, is no longer viewed as a viable candidate for prime minister.   If Netanyahu does emerge as prime minister, it will vindicate his determination to remain at the head of the Likud Party, despite four previous inconclusive elections. The election results demonstrate that more Israelis prefer Netanyahu than any other candidate for prime minister.   The next 48 hours will provide definitive election results. At that point, Netanyahu will either be celebrating an improbable return to the prime ministership for a third tenure (after previous stints of 2.5 and 12.5 years), or continuing in a bitter fight to save his political career.   If Netanyahu ultimately fails to secure 61 seats in the legislature, Israel's political circus is likely to continue. Current interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid does not appear to have a clear path to a stable coalition regardless of whether or not Netanyahu's path is blocked. Gantz may attempt to position himself as an alternative candidate that can bring together disparate ideological parties.   And if neither Netanyahu, Lapid nor Gantz finds a natural path to 61, either difficult political compromises will need to be reached, or Israel may well find itself careening toward an unthinkable sixth election-albeit no more unthinkable than elections two, three, four or five.   It will only be after each and every vote is counted that Israel's political direction will become clear. And depending on the results, it may be weeks or months before a government will be formed.   The exit polls look very good for Netanyahu. Shifts in his favor could secure him four more years in office. Shifts against him could send Israel back into a dreaded cycle of political uncertainty.

They Won’t Be Able To Deny The Cold, Hard Reality Of What Is Happening To The U.S. Economy Much Longer - by Michael Snyder - http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/they-wont-be-able-to-deny-the-cold-hard-reality-of-what-is-happening-to-the-u-s-economy-much-longer/   They are trying really hard to convince all of us that everything is just fine. But close to one-fifth of the U.S. population is skipping meals because food prices are too high. And nearly 40 percent of our small businesses couldn’t pay rent in October. Our leaders are trying to put a positive spin on things, but the truth is that we are witnessing a tremendous amount of economic suffering all over the United States right now. The core consumer price index just surged to “the highest level since 1982”, and this is putting an enormous amount of financial stress on American families and businesses.   This week, I was stunned to learn that a survey that was just released found that 37 percent of all small businesses in the United States could not pay rent last month…   The survey of 4,789 randomly selected small business owners saw more than half of respondents say their rent is at least 10 percent higher than six months ago.   If you go back seven months, the majority said their rents had increased by at least 20 percent.   Moreover, the study found that roughly 37 percent of small businesses – almost half of all Americans working in the private sector – were left unable to pay rent in October.   Prior to getting this news, if someone had asked me to guess the percentage of small businesses that are currently unable to pay rent, I would have responded with a figure that was far lower.   So often, things turn out to be even worse than I thought they were.   If those small businesses continue to be unable to pay rent, they will eventually be forced to shut down.   So what will our communities look like if millions of small businesses suddenly close up shop on a permanent basis?   Meanwhile, a different survey has discovered that 18 percent of Americans are now skipping meals because food prices have become so crazy…   Over the last 12 months, nearly two in five American households (40%) received food or goods from a food bank (22% for Millennials), and the same amount (17%) stopped buying healthier foods (organic or high-priced healthy foods).   Nearly one in five Americans (18%) say they skipped meals or didn’t buy groceries due to high inflation (including 28% of Gen Z and 23% of millennials).   Skipping meals can be a positive thing, because fasting is actually really good for your health.   But most of these Americans are not skipping meals for the health benefits.   In addition, the same survey found that many Americans are not taking medications or seeing their doctors because prices have gone up so much…   Many have cancelled or postponed plans in the past 12 months to see a specialist (14%), take a prescribed medication (10%) or get an annual physical (11%) due to high inflation.   If things are this bad already, what will those numbers look like next year at this time when economic conditions are significantly worse?   The American people are going to become increasingly frustrated as our standard of living continues to plunge.   All of us have to eat, and so many of the products that so many of us buy on a regular basis have gone up dramatically in price…   A year ago, a bag of potato chips at the grocery store cost an average of $5.05. These days, that bag costs $6.05. A dozen eggs that could have been picked up for $1.83 now average $2.90. A two-liter bottle of soda that cost $1.78 will now set you back $2.17.   Sadly, this is just the beginning.   Even though the Federal Reserve has declared war on inflation, food prices are going to continue to rise for a variety of reasons.   And as the cost of living keeps becoming more oppressive, more American families are going to struggle to make it from month to month.   Even now, nearly two-thirds of the entire country is currently living paycheck to paycheck…   As rising prices continue to outpace wage gains, families are finding less cushion in their monthly budget.   As of September, 63% of Americans were living paycheck to paycheck, according to a recent LendingClub report — near the 64% historic high hit in March. A year ago, the number of adults who felt strained was closer to 57%.   “Consumers are not able to keep up with the pace that inflation is increasing,” said Anuj Nayar, LendingClub’s financial health officer.   The worse things get, the more we will see people clamoring for the federal government to help them.   In fact, one recent survey actually discovered that 63 percent of all U.S. voters are in favor of “inflation stimulus payments”…   A recent poll found that almost two-thirds of Americans are proponents of the federal government sending out inflation stimulus payments.   About 63% of eligible U.S. voters expressed some degree of support for federal inflation relief checks being distributed, the Newsweek poll conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies showed. Of those who agreed the federal government should do so, 42% indicated they “strongly agree” while 21% said “agree,” according to the poll.   Sadly, most voters don’t seem to understand that sending out more stimulus checks would create even more inflation.   There is always a cost when the government gives out “free money”.   If our politicians would have exercised discipline over the past several years, we would not be in the mess that we are in today.   But now years of very bad decisions are catching up with us in a major way, and economic conditions are rapidly deteriorating.   At this point, the vast majority of the U.S. population can see this. According to one recent Gallup survey, a whopping two-thirds of all Americans believe that economic conditions in this nation are getting worse.   So many people are talking about the possibility of a recession in 2023.   If all we have is a recession next year, we would be extremely fortunate.   Because right now the economy is starting to crack and crumble all around us, and the outlook for the months ahead is exceedingly bleak indeed.

The state of Israel is a fact. Jerusalem is controlled by the Jews and belongs to Israel. The Hebrew language has been revived, and all Israeli citizens are required to learn it. The desert is blooming. And Jewish authorities are preparing to qualify a red heifer and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem.   The Sanhedrin   On October 13, 2004, the Sanhedrin was reestablished for the first time since 425 AD and reconvened on February 9, 2005, to discuss the topic of the Third Temple. Since that time, all of the gold and silver utensils and the garments needed for Temple worship have either been recovered or re-manufactured. Only the Ark of the Covenant awaits recovery. The Temple building itself has been prefabricated and can be rebuilt as soon as permission is given to do so. Two hundred Kohen priests have been identified through DNA testing and are being trained to re-institute animal sacrifices according to scriptural requirements outlined in the Scroll of Leviticus. The breeding program for the red heifer has been established by the Temple Institute.   The Heifers   Red Heifers in scripture are especially important. A red heifer is necessary for purification from sin, according to Numbers 19:2. Today, headlines are ablaze with the news that a pure red heifer may have been found.   Deuteronomy Chapter 21:1-9 recounts the process for forgiving a town that is nearby a murder victim when the perpetrator of the murder is not known. The elders of the city nearest to the victim are to take a heifer that has never been put to work or yoked for use as a draft animal. Jeremiah 48:34 recounts the wailing of the cities of Heshbon and Elealah that could be heard as far away as Jahaz, sounding like the cries of a three-year-old heifer.   The Perfect Red Heifer Requirements   Numbers 19:2 – “Tell the people of Israel to bring you a young red female cow without fault or defect and which has never borne a yoke.”   There are several main requirements:   1.   It must be a female cow. 2.   It must be a red heifer that has no blemish. In other words, if it has more than only two other color hairs, it is disqualified. Additionally, it must not have any physical blemishes or spots. 3.   It must have never been used for labor. In other words, never harnessed or yoked. 4.   It must have never been pregnant. In other words, never used as a part of the breeding program nor been allowed to mate with a male cow. 5.   It must be within its third year. i.e., at least one day older than two years old but not yet four years old. 6.   It must be slaughtered outside the holy city of Jerusalem but within sight of the Temple.   The first requirement, that the heifer be female, is exactly in opposition to the Egyptian superstition that only male cows were suitable for sacrifice and worship of their goddess Isis. Yahweh judges this belief as false superstition.   The second requirement, that the heifer was unblemished and also red in color, signifies the sacrifice of the blood of Yeshua, the perfect sacrificial lamb.   Thirdly, an animal that had been used for a common purpose was deemed improper for sacrifice. An animal that had been yoked and used to plow the ground would be disqualified. An animal that had become pregnant would also be considered disqualified due to its use for a common purpose – bearing fruit. It signifies that we are saved by grace, not by works.   The Priestly Requirements   The two hundred Kohen priests who have been identified through DNA testing must now be consecrated for service. The anointing oil was found in an Archaeological dig in April 1988. The Mediterranean Sea Snail, which disappeared in 70 AD, has returned in great numbers and now makes it possible for the precious blue and the purple dye required for the High Priestly garments to be manufactured. (Oil and snails – just two more supernatural events!)   Only one requirement is still missing – the red heifer. None of the current priests are ceremonially clean. They cannot be cleansed until the water of separation is recreated. And that requires the ashes of a perfect red heifer! That heifer must be in its third year. In other words, at least one day older than two years old but not yet four years old. That is a very small window of the time during which the priests can be made eligible to serve – a mere 360-day period.   The Breeding Program   In 2015, the Temple Institute in Jerusalem established a breeding program called “Raise a Red Heifer in Israel” to raise the necessary item needed for purification of the Temple and its priests. Israeli law does not allow the importation of live cattle into Israel, so the Temple Institute imported frozen embryos of red Angus cows from the United States and implanted them into the wombs of Israeli domestic cows.   Tradition, History, and Red Heifer Mania   According to Jewish tradition, the perfect heifer must be over two years old but under four years old, and perfect red heifers are extremely rare. Scripture says Moses prepared the first one during the Exodus, and Ezra sacrificed the second red heifer during the days of the First Temple. The Mishna (Jewish oral law; tradition) records the names of those who performed the sacrifice during the time of the Second Temple. They are: Simon the Just and Yochanan the High Priest each sacrificed two red heifers, El’yhoeini ben Hakof, Hanameel the Egyptian, and Yishmael ben Pi’avi sacrificed one each (Mishna Parah 3:5).   Historical documents say that from that time until the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D., only nine perfect red heifers have been sacrificed. Jewish tradition also informs us that there are to be only ten red heifers, and according to Maimonides, the tenth heifer will usher in the messianic age! He states: “… and the tenth red heifer will be accomplished by the king, the Messiah; may he be revealed speedily, Amen, May it be God’s will.”   The Temple Institute had identified two candidates, one in 1997 and another in 2002, both initially thought to have met the requirements, but later found each to be unsuitable. The headlines read:   “Apocalypse Cow” in the New York Times (1997) and “News Flash: Red Heifer Born In Israel” in a Temple Institute web posting (2002). In 2014 the headlines read “Torah-Condition-For-3rd-Temple-Now-Met,” and articles reported that the Temple Institute had posted a video showing what appeared to be a perfect red heifer that was being raised at an unidentified location in the United States. A report from Right Side News said a “qualified” red heifer has not been seen in Israel for nearly 2,000 years. Other headlines said there really is a red heifer today that could move the progress on the Third Temple forward!   Hot news at the time, but how could this heifer be used since it wasn’t born in Israel?   The Red Heifer Candidates   Numbers 19:2 – “Tell the people of Israel to bring you a young red female cow without fault or defect and which has never borne a yoke.”   According to The Temple Institute, on the 17th day of Elul, 5778 (August 28, 2018, on the Gregorian calendar), a red [adom H122 אָדֹם] heifer [parah H6510 פָּרָה] (Parah Aduma) was born in the land of Israel, foreshadowing the rebuilding of the Third Temple and the arrival of their long-awaited Mashiach (Messiah). At one week of age, the heifer underwent an extensive examination by rabbinical experts and had been certified by the Rabbis as meeting all of the scriptural requirements.   As of January 2019, two more female red heifers had been born, which might also qualify as the needed Para Aduma. On August 16th, a heifer was burned in exactly the manner that will enable the Jewish people to be purified in preparation for the dedication and building of the Third Temple. Two new red heifers were born in the early months of 2020 but have not been qualified to be the Para Aduma.   Boneh Israel (build Israel), an organization that connects Christian lovers of Israel to the Holy Land, stepped in to help. Led by Byron Stinson, a native Texan, Boneh Israel took out full-page ads in ranching magazines, explaining the situation to ranchers. They requested that any red calves be set aside. Several years ago, Byron Stinson, a devout Christian who became intensely interested in the Biblical commandment, began breeding cattle for this trait.   In July 2021, Rabbi Kupietzy said, “I really believe that the red heifer was born this year.” He explained that the current Hebrew year is 5781, which, in Hebrew numerology, is תשפא. “That is an acronym for תהיה שנה פרה אדומה (it will be the year of the red heifer).” Kupietzky also explained that the Talmud has a precedent for the red heifer being provided by a non-Jew, so he is working with Boneh Israel, a Christian organization. Efforts to locate a red heifer have even taken them to Texas: “The red heifer is not a korban, a sacrifice,” Kupietzky pointed out. “It is performed outside of the Temple and is considered a tekes, a ceremony. Which is why we are especially looking in Texas for the tekes,” he quipped. A team of rabbis from the Temple Institute flew out to inspect the calves in 2021.   On Thursday, September 15, 2022, five currently unblemished red heifers arrived in Israel from Texas. A small ceremony was held at the Ben Gurion airport cargo terminal. The heifers were greeted, and speeches were made by many who had made this historic and prophetic day become a reality. According to Orthodox Rabbis and leaders, these heifers, if they remain qualified, could be used to reinstate many of the Temple practices even before the Third Temple is rebuilt.   However   The five red heifers, which are currently less than one year old, must be examined again to determine whether one or more continues to possess the necessary requirements, according to Numbers 19:1-22 and the Mishna Tractate Parah. Other heifers have initially been found to be qualified but later became disqualified as they began to age.   The Significance of a Qualified Red Heifer   Numbers 19:4 – “Eleazar the cohen is to take some of its blood with his finger and sprinkle this blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times.”   In order for the priests to be ceremonially clean, they must be sprinkled with the blood of a red heifer. The anointing oil is available, and the precious blue and purple dyes have been manufactured. Only one requirement is still missing – the red heifer.   Without The Red Heifer, The Temple Can’t Be Rebuilt.   Bottom line: IF the current qualified red heifer is THE tenth Parah Aduma needed, then the building of the Third Temple must be accomplished within the next two years. The Temple must be sprinkled with the blood of the red heifer BEFORE the priest is declared cleansed. The priest who sprinkles the blood is ceremonially unclean until that evening (Numbers 19:7).   The absence of the Temple, in turn, means that the full redemption of Israel is impossible since, according to Ezekiel 36, only the sprinkling of the Red Heifer water allows for the complete change of heart and spirit (“then I shall sprinkle pure waters upon you, and you shall be clean, from all your uncleanness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. I will also give you a new heart, and I will place within you a new spirit” – Ezekiel 36:25-26; Jeremiah 31:33; Zechariah 8:8; Hebrews 8:10).   Conclusions   Current global events appear to be lining up with the prophecies written in the Bible. However, other red heifers have initially been found to be qualified but later became disqualified as they began to age. Will one of the five new red heifers be THE tenth, or will they, too, become disqualified as time goes on?   If… and I say, if… one of these red heifers turns out to be The tenth Parah Aduma, then the building of the Third Temple may be close at hand, even at the door. However, this will not usher in the arrival of the Jew’s long-awaited Mashiach (Messiah). Instead, it will usher in an unprecedented time of agony, bloodshed, disaster, pandemics, wars, and death, the likes of which this world has never seen. Yeshua says of this time: “For there will be great tribulation worse than there has ever been from the beginning of the world until now, and there will be nothing like it again!” (Matthew 24:21). The Third Temple will allow the false messiah, the antichrist, to enter into the Holy of Holies and declare himself to be God.   Scripture does not tell us how long this Temple will be in use before the Tribulation Period starts, but I doubt it will stand for long before Yeshua raises the dead and raptures his Bride! Now that is significant.   The state of Israel is a fact, and Jewish authorities are preparing to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem. The appearance of the red heifers, the architectural plans, and the ability of the Jewish people to openly pray on the Temple Mount are all seen as prophetic implications that the time is ripe. All of the gold and silver utensils and the garments needed for Temple worship have either been recovered or re-manufactured. The Kohanim have been trained, and the necessary altar site has been identified. Only the lack of a qualified red heifer prevents the Third Temple from being built and cleansed.   Final Thought   Luke 21:28 – “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near!”   We are always to be ready for Yeshua to return. Are you ready? If not, then get ready. Exercise whatever time you have to repent and trust Yeshua for your eternal salvation. Do not test Yahweh’s patience and wait too long – the dress rehearsals will not continue much longer. May Yom Teruah this year be fulfilled in the resurrection of the dead and the rapture of Yeshua’s Bride.   The great day of Yahweh is getting really near, even at the door. It hastens forth and will not delay. We do NOT set dates, but clearly, Yahweh is getting ready to change the course of human history once again. Daily Jot: Stupidocrisy: Hillary Clinton - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com   This week’s Stupidocrisy goes to former Secretary of State under the Obama Administration (that in of itself says a lot), failed Democratic Party presidential candidate, and election denier Hillary Clinton. Clinton is the poster child for what is wrong with politics. If Clinton accuses somebody of something, it’s a sure bet that she is doing exactly the very same accusation. If one could tie up all the Democratic Party candidate’s accusations in a neat little bundle and run them all on television one after another, you would see a Hillary Clinton-type trend: Hateful accusations, abortion ban fearmongering, and using January 6 protests as an insurrection. There are no solutions to the problems, just undocumented accusations.   Now Clinton has been called in to bail out embattled New York governor Kathy Hochul in her failing election bid. So it gives Clinton a platform to run her foul attitude. And, of course, the national media is all too happy to welcome her hateful rhetoric. Case in point is Tuesday’s MSNBC “The ReidOut,” where Clinton went on an unchallenged rampage characterizing Republicans as purveyors of “crazy violent hate rhetoric” and a “threat to the heart of our democracy.” She used the Paul Pelosi hammer attacker as her example, implying that the Republican Party was responsible for the attack. But Clinton wasted no time in painting Republicans with a broad brush of society’s worst “isms.”   Clinton said, “There always been a streak of violence, of racism, misogyny, antisemitism, as you said, but I think what we’re seeing today, and it has certainly been thrown into very high relief by the horrific attack on Paul Pelosi, is not just an aberration where one or two people or a small group engage in that kind of violent rhetoric and urge people to take action against political figures like her, like me, like others, we’re seeing a whole political party. The level of just plain crazy violent hate rhetoric coming out of Republicans. You played something from the candidate, the Republican candidate for governor in Arizona. I want viewers. I want voters to stop and ask themselves, would we trust somebody who is stirring up these violent feelings, who is pointing fingers, scapegoating, making a joke about a violent attack on Paul Pelosi.”   And myriads of leftist media, Hollywood elite and Democratic Party leaders are reading Clinton’s talking points in criticizing Republicans as terrorists, threats to democracy, and hate mongers. Suddenly, when their abortion rhetoric isn’t working; when their transgender and homosexual rights to prey on schoolchildren isn’t working; when people are rejecting their clean energy inflation propaganda; when the January 6 insurrection exaggeration isn’t gaining traction, they pull out poor old Paul Pelosi. There was no security for Pelosi at his house, just like wife Nancy didn’t have any security at the Capitol on January 6 because in her words: “We’re waiting for this, for trespassing on the Capitol grounds.” Christ said in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” Clinton and her gang are deceivers, moreover, it’s say it with me…Stupidocrisy.

He was also a mighty man of valor, but a leper. —2 Kings 5:1   https://harvest.org/resources/devotion/humbled-and-healed/ - Listen   The great Syrian general Naaman was famous. He was celebrated. But he also had leprosy, and at that time, leprosy was incurable. However, Naaman heard about a prophet in Israel named Elisha, whom God had used to heal people.   Naaman made the journey to meet with Elisha, no doubt expecting that as soon as he rolled in with his entourage, the prophet would come to greet him and promptly heal him.   However, when Naaman arrived at Elisha’s house, Elisha sent his servant with a message for the general: “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored to you, and you shall be clean” (2 Kings 5:10 NKJV).   This offended Namaan. He effectively thought, “What? He didn’t even come out to greet me! I’m going home. We have better rivers in Syria.” But then he realized that he didn’t have many options, and he decided he should give it a try.   Why was Namaan reluctant? Immersing himself in the Jordan River meant that he would have to remove his beautiful breastplate. He would have to lay aside his royal robes. He would have to take off the helmet that he hid behind. Basically, he would have to expose the fact that he had leprosy. And that would be humiliating and embarrassing.   Naaman was a proud man, a military man. But he also was someone who needed to humble himself in the sight of God.   So Naaman went down to the Jordan and immersed himself in it one time. Nothing happened. He immersed himself a second time, and again nothing happened. Nothing changed either after the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth time he immersed himself. But when he came up from the water the seventh time, he was healed. That’s because he humbled himself and did what God wanted him to do.   Naaman had to see his real condition before God. We need to do the same.
